Free Shipping on all domestic orders over $100! All other orders are shipped for a flat fee of $6. Wild Sunflower Silver is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Your order will arrive in a beautifully presented gift box, accompanied by a reusable polishing cloth. As Wild Sunflower Silver jewelry is either handmade to order or crafted in limited quantities, please allow up to 14 business days for order fulfillment before it ships. Additionally, anticipate an extra 3-5 business days for delivery through First Class USPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales from Wild Sunflower Silver are final. Regrettably, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Limited exchanges may be permitted under specific circumstances. This policy is necessary as once an item is sent to you; we cannot resell it for health and sanitation reasons. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to select items carefully to ensure they meet your needs.

For rings, please ensure that you request the correct size. To assist with accurate sizing, we recommend purchasing an inexpensive ring sizer and referring to the provided ring sizing chart on the FAQ homepage.

If an item is damaged due to quality issues or during shipping, customers must contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Wild Sunflower Silver reserves the right to refuse exchanges for items that do not meet these conditions. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
